Warehouse Associate

About the Role

Chippin is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily cold storage warehouse operations at our processing site. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is ready to show up, work hard, and take ownership. You'll be the right-hand person on site, supporting receiving, labeling, forklift operations, and day-to-day execution.

This is a hands-on role with a clear opportunity to grow into a Warehouse Lead position based on performance, reliability, and leadership.

What You'll Do

• Receive and inspect inbound materials and ingredients
• Forklift certification REQUIRED (including reach trucks); training provided if needed
• Operate a forklift for inbound receiving, staging, and movement of pallets
• Label, organize, and stage materials accurately for production and storage
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe warehouse environment
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Support inventory tracking, scanning, and basic recordkeeping
• Flag issues quickly—damaged goods, missing labels, safety concerns
• Assist with general site tasks and execution as needed

This is not a desk job—you'll be on your feet, working with equipment, and helping keep the site running smoothly.

Who We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of warehouse, production, or hands-on work experience
• Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently get things done
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 40–50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods)
• Willingness to learn equipment, processes, and food safety standards
• Ability to work in cold storage environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Someone who wants to work hard, learn fast, and grow
• No college degree required.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Forklift or material-handling experience
• Experience in food, manufacturing, or cold-storage environments
• Familiarity with scanners or inventory systems

Pay & Schedule

• $20-22/hr
• Full-time; Overtime eligible
• Benefits: health, vision, dental

Growth Opportunity

This role is designed to grow into a Warehouse Lead position. Strong performers will take on additional responsibility including:

• Leading daily warehouse execution
• Training new associates
• Owning receiving and inbound workflows
