Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Altamonte Springs, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and support of various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain M365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.

• Administer network devices using Meraki and provide support for Ubiquity servers.

• Provide support for Windows & Apple/Mac desktop environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.

• Implement and maintain security protocols and data protection measures.

• Collaborate with IT team members to plan and execute system upgrades and improvements.

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

• Document system configurations, changes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role.

• Strong expertise in M365 including Intune, Purview, Entra, etc.

• Experience with network administration using Meraki and/or Ubiquity.

• Proficiency in managing Windows & Apple/Mac desktop systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• College Degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hold current certifications or be willing to obtain them within 6 months of employment. (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, etc.)

• Experience in scripting and automation tools.
