Driving Instructor

Overview
We are seeking a professional and patient Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching new drivers the skills necessary to operate vehicles safely and confidently. This role involves providing clear instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring students meet all safety standards. The Driving Instructor will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their driving goals while promoting responsible driving habits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct driving lessons for students of various skill levels in a safe, controlled environment
• Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and progress
• Teach essential driving skills, traffic laws, and safety procedures
• Provide constructive feedback to improve student performance and confidence
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of lessons, assessments, and student achievements
• Ensure all lessons comply with local traffic regulations and safety standards
• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes adult education and effective classroom management

Experience

• Proven experience in driving, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior teaching or classroom experience is preferred, especially in adult education or classroom management
• Experience working with students or learners of diverse backgrounds is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey instructions and safety information
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while maintaining professionalism
• Familiarity with traffic laws, vehicle operation, and safety protocols is essential
