• Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members in food preparation, customer service, POS systems, and food safety protocols.
• Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing shift reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast-food restaurants; casual dining or hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems; cash handling expertise required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising staff, training team members, and managing shifts effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and food industry best practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
