Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Member to join our dynamic team. We are small but strongly supported popular local Take out/Pick up only Restaurant. The ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves various tasks within the Take our only restaurant, including Guest Welcoming, Take our food packaging, Beverage making, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare drinks and packaging food items according to established manuals and standards.
• Operate Square point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen and Hallway.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Assist with Kitchen during busy time and maintaining a tidy store.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions.
• Inventory management

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with strong solution oriented mindset.
• Calm and strong under pressure
• Culinary experience or Cashier experience is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.

• Willingness to be a team worker and maintaining great culture.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
