Lead Bartender

Job Summary
As a Lead Bartender, you will be the heartbeat of our bar service, energizing the guest experience with your expert mixology skills, vibrant personality, and leadership. You'll oversee daily bar operations, ensure top-tier customer service, and mentor our bartending team to deliver memorable moments. Duties

• Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, including nightclubs, fine dining settings, and banquet events
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, flair, and adherence to food safety standards
• Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are maintained at all times
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Oversee customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and promote sales through suggestive selling techniques
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for catering events or banquet services to ensure seamless food and beverage delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area while complying with all health regulations and food safety protocols

Skills

• Extensive experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings
• Proficiency in POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing
• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or events while maintaining high service standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that engages guests
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
• Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus for managing large groups effectively
• Familiarity with brewing techniques or beverage crafting adds value to your expertise
