Location: Onsite – Idaho Falls, ID (Idaho National Laboratory)
Employment Type: Full-Time (12-Month Term)
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required
Clearance Requirements: Must be able to obtain an HSPD-12 badge and BAO access (post-hire)



Overview

CRI Advantage is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support project delivery within cybersecurity programs at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL). This role provides hands-on coordination for scheduling, documentation, KPI tracking, risk reporting, requirements workshops, and day-to-day support of large-scale cyber and enterprise IT initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, thrives in a structured and fast-paced environment, and is eager to support mission-driven technology work that protects critical infrastructure nationwide.



Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, cybersecurity teams, and stakeholders to:

  • Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and correction plans

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including KPIs, risk registers, change logs, and requirements

  • Generate and deliver weekly status reports for project sponsors and stakeholders

  • Capture meeting notes, action items, assignments, and timelines

  • Participate in requirements workshops and help document business and functional needs

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and budget tracking activities

  • Assist with compliance to INL security, safety, quality, and documentation standards



Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting IT or cybersecurity project coordination or project management

  • Strong foundation in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)

  • Experience with project risk management, tracking, and documentation

  • Proficient in maintaining project artifacts (e.g., schedules, KPIs, risk logs, change documents, meeting minutes, project plans)

  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Must work onsite at INL and meet HSPD-12 suitability requirements



Desired Skills
  • Project management certification: PMP, CAPM, or CSM

  • Experience with ServiceNow PPM or similar enterprise PM tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Clarity)

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity or highly technical IT programs



Education

One of the following is required:

  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years relevant experience, OR

  • Master's degree, OR

  • 6 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree



Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Onsite work in a secure federal facility

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an HSPD-12 badge

  • Primarily computer-based work requiring routine desk activity

  • Regular, predictable attendance is required for mission-critical delivery
