Restaurant Manager

MISS GOGI is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. While 1–2 years of restaurant management experience is ideal, we encourage motivated candidates with strong leadership potential to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead, monitor, and support servers and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence from opening to closing.
• Oversee food and beverage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Manage and grow MISS GOGI's marketing and social media presence.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard servers/waiters.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing employees.
• Welcome and seat guests warmly, ensuring timely and friendly service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments and efficiently operate the POS system.
• Enforce safety, security, and sanitation standards in compliance with local and state regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry required; restaurant management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food handling, and service standards.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy service periods.
• Passion for guest relations and creating memorable dining experiences.
