Responsibilities:

We are currently hiring a Superintendent with a passion for building We love creative problem solvers, leaders, and innovators. We value our field and give you the autonomy to run the project. Here are a few items you will be responsible for:

• Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control, and a clean site.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments, including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections.
• Maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and that meets the cost and time requirements of the project.
• Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and any deviation in the direction of the project.
• Always promotes positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years' experience as a Project Superintendent with a reputable General Contractor or Construction Manager in both a union and non-union environment at a general contractor.
• Experience in managing, training, and developing people.
• Project experience: Restaurants, Hospitality, Acedemic, Healthcare.
• Ability to lead 1-3 smaller projects at a time
• Strong communication skills and a desire to grow with a growing organization

Salary Range Information:

Boston Base Salary Range: $105,000 – $180,000 The range stated is specific to New England Placement. The range listed depends on many factors, including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles), and internal company equity.
