Information Technology Technician

KHS&S is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
I.T. Technician
to join our team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support for computers, software, mobile devices, and other technology used across the company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new tools, and delivering excellent service.

The primary duties and responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to:

• Respond to user questions and technical issues
• Train employees on hardware, software, and network tools
• Set up and configure computers, printers, etc.
• Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate repairs
• Install and troubleshoot desktop software and hardware
• Perform software/hardware upgrades and patches
• Troubleshoot system and network issues
• Configure and deploy company mobile devices
• Assist with phone troubleshooting and vendor coordination

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; MCP, CNA, and/or A+ certifications preferred
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with computer and network support
• Knowledge of Microsoft servers, Office, Windows, and Office 365
• Strong hardware and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail; ability to learn quickly
• Strong communication skills with users and vendors
