Job Summary
Looking for servers for day shift 11:00am-5pm and servers for night shift 4pm start time. Day shift can run into the night as an 11:00am to roughly 8pm end time (subject to change according to how busy it may be) Looking for experienced, no schedule conflicts, open availability. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities SELL SELL SELL
• Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks and maintaining excellent time -management skills
• -Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, preparation, and serving processes
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips
• Maintain strong guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience in both fine dining settings and lively nightclubs

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols within the food industry
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes
• Effective time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
• Experience working in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required
