Position Overview
This is a hybrid role combining spa operations, sales support, client experience, and social media assistance. The Spa Operations & Sales Coordinator will act as a right-hand support to the owner, helping manage daily operations, drive sales goals, and ensure every client has an exceptional experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, tech-savvy, and motivated to grow within a luxury spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Greet, check in, and check out clients professionally
- Manage booking systems and appointment confirmations
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and DMs promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area
Sales & Revenue Support
- Educate clients on services, packages, and memberships
- Upsell treatments and laser packages confidently
- Follow up with leads, past clients, and no-shows
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Track bookings, conversions, and promotions
Operations & Administrative Support
- Assist with daily spa operations and organization
- Help implement systems and procedures
- Support inventory tracking and supply needs
- Communicate effectively with service providers and management
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Assist with posting content on Instagram, TikTok, and stories
- Respond to comments and messages in alignment with brand voice
- Help promote specials, events, and campaigns
- Capture basic behind-the-scenes content when needed

Spa, beauty, sales, or medical spa experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $ $25.62 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
