Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor bartending staff to deliver outstanding service, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink served and adherence to rules and regulations.
• Manage bar operations efficiently, including Toast POS systems, to process orders accurately and swiftly.
• Oversee food safety and food handling procedures, maintaining compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
• Assist with serving beverages at the bar ensuring prompt and friendly customer interactions.
• Cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during shifts to maintain financial integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of bar supplies while adhering to food industry standards.

Experience

• Proven restaurant or food service experience with a focus on bar operations in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience supervising or leading a team of bartenders or servers.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems; familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, brewing processes, and alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking across various responsibilities in a lively setting. Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 37 per week
