Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and baristas
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Upsell menu items by recommending specials, drinks, or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
• Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures in both front-of-house and kitchen areas

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest needs efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
• Previous experience with serving, bussing tables, host/host duties, or food preparation is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for cashiering transactions and order calculations
