We're Hiring: Part-Time Server/Busser

Love great food, good coffee, and creating awesome guest experiences? We're looking for a friendly, outgoing Server/Busser to join our team. If you're all about making people feel welcome while keeping things running smoothly, this is the job for you

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 2 PM
Pay: Hourly + tips

What You'll Do

• Bus tables when customers are done eating
• Greet every guest with a big smile and warm energy
• Guide customers to their tables, set them up with menus, water, and cups
• Help the restaurant with light prep, such as stacking meat and cheese, cutting prep, etc
• Take orders confidently and accurately (with a smile, of course)
• Deliver food and drinks quickly, making sure guests are well taken care of
• Drop off checks and handle payments when guests are ready
• Stay attentive—anticipating needs and checking in regularly
• Keep tables, the dining room, and service areas clean and stocked
• Jump in where needed: running food, answering phones, or helping with light prep
• Occasionally craft espresso drinks to brighten a guest's day

What We're Looking For

• Multitasking abilities that keep you cool under pressure
• 1+ year of restaurant experience (server experience is a big plus)
• At least 1 month of barista/coffee shop experience
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand on your feet for long shifts and lift 25+ lbs
• Professional, respectful, and neat appearance
• A guest-first mindset with strong customer service skills
• Confidence in learning, remembering, and sharing menu items
