Chambers Grill & Tap is a locally owned neighborhood bar and grill in Eugene, known for quality food, well-crafted beverages, and warm, high-energy hospitality. We're part of a growing restaurant group committed to consistency, speed, and memorable guest experiences every day. We are currently hiring a part-time Bartender to join our team Wednesday through Sunday, with flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed.

Position Overview
We're looking for a skilled, upbeat Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring fun, positive energy to both guests and teammates. This role focuses on crafting balanced, quality drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and providing exceptional service during mid and evening shifts. Ideal candidates have at least two years of bartending experience, a strong work ethic, and a welcoming, guest-focused personality.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve cocktails, drafts, and specialty beverages quickly, accurately, and in full compliance with OLCC regulations
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner that enhances their experience
• Maintain a clean, organized bar, including restocking, prep, and sanitation
• Accurately process POS transactions and manage cash/card payments
• Support the floor team as needed, including food running, bussing, or expo support
• Participate in opening and closing duties based on shift assignment
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Contribute to a fun, positive environment that keeps guests returning

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid OLCC Server Permit and Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain before start)
• Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• Availability Wednesday through Sunday, with the ability to work mid and evening shifts
• Flexibility to pick up additional shifts as business needs arise
• Ability to stand for long periods on hard surfaces and work in a busy, high-volume setting
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
