Growing personal care manufacturer is hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations and a team of warehouse associates. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing goods while optimizing warehouse processes. And this is how you'll do it..

• Oversee daily operations: Manage the receiving, storing, and shipping of all products and materials to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Inventory management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
• Staff supervision: Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse workers, including scheduling, assigning workloads, and evaluating performance.
• Safety and compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities, including equipment operation (forklifts), comply with company policies and all applicable safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
• Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and production, to meet order fulfillment and delivery deadlines.
• Equipment maintenance: Monitor the condition of warehouse equipment and infrastructure, arranging for necessary maintenance and repairs.
• Reporting and administration: Handle administrative tasks, track performance metrics, and generate reports on warehouse activities and employee performance.

Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in warehousing, with previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and other warehouse-related technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and ability to enforce them rigorously.

Compensation range is $75k - $95k base plus bonus and benefits
