Job Summary
The Chief Operations Manager (COM) is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. The COM will develop and implement operational policies, coordinate cross-departmental activities, and drive initiatives that align with the company's overall goals. This position requires a dynamic leader with strong management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of business processes to foster growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage multiple departments to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, workflow management, and quality control.
  • Analyze operational and cost performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish long-term goals and operational strategies.
  • Manage budgets, oversee procurement processes & inventory, and ensure compliance with industry and government standards and regulations.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.

Skills

  • Proven experience in senior operations management or executive leadership roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop policies, procedures, and operational frameworks that improve efficiency.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate team pursuing ambitious organizational goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Pay: $98, $152,000.00 per year
