At Nino Development, we are partnered with a leading construction company specializing in commercial projects. We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team in Miami, FL. This role is perfect for someone with extensive experience in electrical estimating, particularly in the commercial construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate electrical estimates for commercial construction projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to develop accurate cost estimates for electrical systems and components.
  • Develop detailed bid proposals for clients, highlighting project costs, timelines, and technical specifications.
  • Maintain project databases and documentation, ensuring accurate records of estimates, change orders, and adjustments.
  • Track and manage project budgets from initial estimation to project completion, identifying opportunities to reduce costs.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to clarify project specifications and resolve issues related to estimates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in commercial construction, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods in commercial construction.
  • Experience using estimating software (e.g., Accubid, ProEst, Bluebeam, or similar).
  • Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide accurate and timely estimates.

Pay: $100, $135,000.00 per year
