As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with inquiries about our services, tours, and offerings.
• Managing reservations and coordinating schedules for vineyard tours and safaris.
• Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Providing detailed information about our vineyard, products, and events to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
