Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and a strong understanding of food service operations. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals and have an unforgettable dining experience.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to fine dining standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety standards.
• Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing attentive service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends are preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or the culinary industry is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
