About The Role
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developin

g high-quality, scalable, and reusable code by adhering to best practices in software engineering architecture and processes, including code reviews and unit testing. You will collaborate closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and take ownership of your code from design through implementation, test automation, and deployment. Your work will contribute to designing intuitive and flexible software solutions that allow customers to extend and customize functionalities to meet their unique needs. Additionally, you will participate in designing and implementing new products and features while enhancing existing offerings, ensuring that our platform remains innovative and reliable.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented programming language
• Proficiency in JavaScript and enthusiasm for web development as a platform, with a focus on reusability and componentization
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance considerations
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or
• Analytical and design skills with the ability to translate requirements into effective solutions
• Familiarity with development tools including IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control systems, and profilers
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform and system administration/Unix tools is a plus
• Experience or interest in leveraging AI to enhance work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is desirable

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices in software engineering architecture and processes
• Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and take ownership of the entire development lifecycle from design to deployment
• Design intuitive software interfaces that are easy to use and allow customers to extend and customize functionalities
• Contribute to the development of new products and features, as well as enhance existing solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and automation to ensure high standards of quality and performance
• Analyze and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, especially related to AI integration in workflows
