Technical Product Manager – DLT & Interoperability

150-200k Base Range + Equity

Our client is a fast-growing fintech building next-generation
distributed ledger, interoperability, and data infrastructure
for institutional partners.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Product Manager, you'll drive the strategy, delivery, and scaling of the company's DLT and interoperability products. Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for DLT and interoperability products
• Drive new product development, from concept through launch and iteration
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver high-impact releases
• Shape DLT integration models and contribute to API/SDK specifications
• Be hands-on when needed (light scripting, sandbox testing, basic deployments)
• Support client workshops and integrations with technical guidance
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in product management or technical program management within fintech, enterprise infra, or blockchain
• Strong understanding of distributed ledger technologies and system integrations
• Experience shipping technical products in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and owning technical decisions
