Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with the ability to lead and manage kitchen operations effectively. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation processes.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
• Develop and implement new menu items while maintaining existing recipes.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards to meet customer expectations.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage shifts effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices in food handling.
• Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
