Service Area Manager

We are looking for a Pool Service & Repair Technician who wants to build something of their own within a supportive company structure. This is a highly autonomous leadership development role reporting directly to the general manager.

The Opportunity: Earn, Build and Lead

We offer a unique "Ripple Effect" program designed for entrepreneurs at heart:

• Phase 1: Testing the waters. You will start by servicing and repairing pools while actively growing your own dedicated route.
• Phase 2: Breaking the surface. Once you have successfully built and maintained a loyal base ofcustomers, you have hit the transition point and can begin to hire a dedicated team to help you grow your business.
• Phase 3: Carving a new channel. Upon reaching the milestone, you will be eligible to transition into the Assistant General Manager role, helping oversee company operations, training new techs, and managing large-scale projects.

What You'll Do

• Expert Service: Perform routine maintenance (water chemistry, netting, vacuuming, brush/tile cleaning).
• Technical Repairs: Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, motors, heaters, salt systems, and automation (Jandy, Pentair, Hayward).
• Customer Growth: Act as the face of a local company to sign on new recurring service clients and upsell repair projects.
• Equipment Upgrades: Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and replacements.

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge Guru: At least 2+ years of experience in pool service and mechanical repair.
• Diagnostic Ability: You should be comfortable troubleshooting all components of a pool system, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
• Career Mindset: You aren't just looking for a paycheck; you want to grow a territory and eventually lead a team.
• Reliability: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• CPO Certification: Preferred, but we will help the right candidate get certified.
