Material Handler

We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to join our growing logistics team in Atlanta, Georgia. This position is critical for ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods within our distribution center. You will be responsible for tasks such as receiving, unloading, stocking, picking, and preparing orders for dispatch. Operating various warehouse equipment, like pallet jacks and hand trucks, will be a key part of your daily duties. We prioritize a safe working environment, and all employees are required to wear appropriate PPE and follow established safety procedures. This role requires physical agility and stamina, including the ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. • Handle materials throughout the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Receive and unload shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
• Stock inventory in designated locations.
• Pick items accurately for outbound orders.
• Operate manual material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.

• Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Physical capability to perform tasks, including consistent Lifting and movement.
• Understanding of warehouse processes and general Logistics .
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE .
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
