Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify the quantity and item numbers of picked goods against order requirements.
- Pack orders securely for transit, ensuring product integrity.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or shipping areas.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other light warehouse equipment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as assigned.
- Follow all company procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, picking, or similar role is advantageous.
- Physical capability to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and stand for long durations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices is essential.
- Must be dependable and possess a strong work ethic.
