Join our growing company as an Inventory Control Specialist in Sacramento, California! We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage and maintain accurate inventory records. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring inventory levels, conducting cycle counts and physical inventories, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, and implementing improvements to inventory control procedures. You will work closely with warehouse staff, purchasing, and sales departments to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. This role is critical to our Logistics operations, ensuring that our clients receive the correct products on time. Maintaining a clean and organized stockroom is also part of your responsibility, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency and Safety . You must be proficient in using inventory management software and have a strong understanding of inventory control principles. While this role is less physically demanding than some warehouse positions, occasional Lifting of stock items may be required. Adherence to all company policies and the correct use of required PPE is essential. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
