Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on order tickets.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and proper packaging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily logistics targets.
- Follow all company procedures for handling and processing goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, bending, and walking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
- Good communication skills.
