We are looking for a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse in New York City, New York. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials within the warehouse. This role is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of goods. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must maintain a strong focus on safety at all times. Adherence to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position requires proficiency in operating various types of forklifts and a solid understanding of warehouse safety practices. Regular lifting and moving of heavy items are part of the job, though the forklift will be your primary tool. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift certification, a strong work ethic, and a keen awareness of their surroundings. You will play an integral part in our shipping and receiving processes, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
