Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and shipments.
  • Store inventory in designated areas, maintaining organization and accessibility.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified/trained).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Perform tasks involving physical labor and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting and standing.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
