Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and shipments.
- Store inventory in designated areas, maintaining organization and accessibility.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified/trained).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving physical labor and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting and standing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
