Join our fast-paced San Francisco, California warehouse as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking a reliable and diligent individual to contribute to our efficient logistics operations. This role involves a wide range of warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Accurately pick items for orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Must wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Adherence to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
