Join our innovative team in Austin, Texas as a Fulfillment Associate! This critical role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched promptly. You will be involved in the complete order lifecycle, from picking and packing to shipping. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Process shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Assist in receiving and stocking inventory.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and tape machines.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished orders.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or order processing is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet performance metrics.
- Basic understanding of logistics and shipping processes.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, ensuring personal safety.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards in all activities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others.
