Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements and operational procedures.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training available).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock organization.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transportation, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet productivity targets and ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Report any safety hazards or operational issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and commitment to using PPE correctly.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
