This role involves a wide range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You'll be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring that products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory accurately within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
- Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse culture.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
