Join our growing logistics team in Boise, Idaho, as an Order Picker! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary duties will involve navigating our warehouse, accurately locating and picking items from shelves, and preparing them for shipment. This role requires a strong focus on precision, the ability to work efficiently, and a deep commitment to workplace Safety. You will utilize RF scanning technology to manage orders and inventory. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure a safe working environment. The capacity for consistent Lifting is essential for this position. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Identify and retrieve correct products and quantities from warehouse locations.
- Package picked items securely and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or product damages to supervisors.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and use all required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Meet daily productivity targets while ensuring high accuracy.
- Participate in inventory management tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Order Picker or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Must be a reliable team member with good communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety regulations is important.
- Must wear required PPE as instructed.
- Basic understanding of Logistics principles is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
