As a highly engaged GSM, your key responsibilities will include:
Coaching and inspiring a team of Sales Managers, Controllers, and Executives to surpass company targets and expectations.
Managing costs in alignment with dealership and department objectives.
Driving the business forward by maximizing sales and profitability.
Continually enhancing customer satisfaction.
To excel in this pivotal role within our sales process, you must demonstrate the following skills:
Exceptional sales and marketing prowess gained within the motor trade industry.
Strong leadership abilities and a talent for coaching a sales force.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing workloads.
Up‑to‑date knowledge of employment best practices and motor trade industry trends.
