We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Baltimore, Maryland. This dynamic role is central to our e-commerce logistics, involving picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and fulfill customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
- Inspect picked items for quality and ensure they match order details.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Prepare shipments by labeling packages correctly and staging them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company Safety guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately at a fast pace.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
