Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Sort and stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for outgoing shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (if certified) or pallet jacks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for prolonged periods.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
