Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from various warehouse locations based on pick lists or digital systems.
- Verify the quantity and condition of picked items.
- Package products carefully to ensure safe transit, selecting appropriate materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain an orderly and clean workstation and surrounding area.
- Use hand-held scanners and other equipment to track inventory.
- Achieve individual and team productivity targets.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure correct and consistent use of all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with warehouse scanning equipment and systems.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and proper use of PPE.
