Job Summary:
Become a key member of our logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in San Jose, California. We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to support our warehouse operations. This role is essential for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods. A strong focus on Safety, accuracy, and productivity is required. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately document incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and precision.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently, in compliance with all Safety regulations.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies.
  • Ensure the correct and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support the logistics team.
  • Must be capable of frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks for the duration of the shift.
  • Adhere to all Safety procedures and report any hazards or concerns immediately.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and competently.
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including repetitive Lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedicated to upholding high standards of workplace Safety.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
