Job Summary:
Join our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania team as a Warehouse Worker and play a key role in our distribution operations. We need dedicated individuals to manage the flow of goods, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. This position demands physical capability, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. You will be integral to our logistics success.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, verify, and store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment based on customer requirements.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, following all Safety guidelines and training.
  • Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including storage areas and work zones.
  • Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies, procedures, and regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Support team members and contribute to overall operational efficiency in the logistics process.
  • Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and engage in physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
  • Report any safety concerns or equipment issues immediately to supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Excellent physical condition, with the ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, standing, walking, and bending.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Understanding and commitment to workplace Safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
