This is a fast-paced, critical role where you'll be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. Your responsibilities will include accurately locating items within the warehouse, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring they are packed with care to prevent damage. We are looking for highly organized, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in an active environment. A strong commitment to efficiency and quality is essential. While prior experience is beneficial, we are eager to train individuals who demonstrate reliability and a proactive attitude. This role involves considerable physical activity, including extensive walking, standing, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Strict adherence to all Safety regulations and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ) are absolutely mandatory. You will be a crucial part of our Logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational success. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order details.
- Inspect items for quality and any signs of damage before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners and pallet jacks.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and wear all designated PPE .
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics and fulfillment process.
- Meet established performance metrics for speed and accuracy.
