We are actively recruiting for a Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Chicago, Illinois. In this essential role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with speed and accuracy. Your duties will involve navigating the warehouse to locate items, preparing products for shipment, applying labels, and ensuring orders are ready for dispatch according to established Logistics procedures. This position requires a keen eye for detail to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be involved in frequent Lifting and moving of packages, often requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is crucial for efficiency and Safety. Adherence to all Safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is expected from all team members. We are looking for motivated individuals who are reliable, efficient, and eager to contribute to our growing team. Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is beneficial.
