We are looking for dedicated individuals to play a crucial role in our logistics operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. This position involves picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, contributing directly to our company's success and customer satisfaction. You will be part of a modern warehouse environment, working with efficient systems. Maintaining a Safe work environment is our top priority, and all employees are required to follow Safety procedures and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). If you are physically capable of handling considerable Lifting and possess exceptional attention to detail, this role offers a great opportunity for growth in the logistics sector. Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from warehouse locations for order fulfillment.
- Pack items carefully and correctly to prevent damage during shipping.
- Verify order details and product codes to ensure accuracy.
- Label packages appropriately for outgoing shipments.
- Keep workstations and the warehouse clean and organized.
- Strictly follow all Safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar logistics role is preferred.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for entire shifts.
- Ability to consistently perform Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Dedication to a Safe working environment.
