Are you a proactive individual looking to contribute to a fast-paced fulfillment operation? Our Austin, Texas facility is looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment. This position requires individuals who are comfortable working in a warehouse setting, possess good physical stamina, and are committed to maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy. We value teamwork, efficiency, and a strong focus on Safety. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll be handling a variety of tasks that are essential to our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using scanning devices.
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed to support overall operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce environment is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving significant Lifting, up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to Safety guidelines.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes physically demanding setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
