Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across all warehouse locations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
- Implement strategies and procedures to minimize inventory shrinkage and errors.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and rotation of inventory.
- Track the movement of goods within the warehouse using WMS.
- Collaborate with procurement, receiving, and shipping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Uphold all safety standards, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Generate regular inventory reports for management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to perform moderate lifting as required.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
