Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across all warehouse locations.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
  • Implement strategies and procedures to minimize inventory shrinkage and errors.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure proper storage, organization, and rotation of inventory.
  • Track the movement of goods within the warehouse using WMS.
  • Collaborate with procurement, receiving, and shipping teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Uphold all safety standards, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
  • Generate regular inventory reports for management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting as required.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using PPE.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
