Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Store goods in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control tasks.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE and proper lifting techniques.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with good communication skills.
