We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Boise, Idaho! This role is fundamental to the successful operation of our distribution center. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming stock.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Pick items accurately for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to safety standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the logistics operations.
- Must be committed to following all safety guidelines and wearing the provided PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
