Description CIL is a global growth strategy consultancy. We work with organisations on the decisions that shape growth, from value creation strategies to pricing, data and analytics.
We have offices across the UK, US and Europe, and work across a wide range of sectors. Although we work in structured project teams, we are socially very equal, friendly and inclusive – our ‘culture’ is the product of our people. Our values of excellence, integrity, and supportiveness guide how we work, both with clients and each other.
The Data, Analytics & AI team combines rigorous business thinking with modern analytical techniques to deliver clear, actionable insight. We support clients directly through analytics-led engagements and work closely alongside CIL’s core consulting teams.
Recent projects include developing a data strategy for a recruitment agency, building automated management dashboards for an IT services business, and delivering site-location analysis for a national bakery chain. The work is highly varied, both in analytical challenge and commercial context.
The Analyst-Analytics role Your responsibilities will be varied, and you will:
Grasp new business models quickly, typically working on a new project every 6-12 weeks.
Design and build data solutions that help clients achieve their long-term strategic objectives.
Analyse complex datasets using statistical and analytical techniques to identify insights, drivers of performance and sources of untapped value.
Work directly with clients, including contributing to meetings and helping to present findings and recommendations. We strongly believe that early client exposure is central to professional development.
Contribute to the development of CIL’s internal data, analytics and AI capabilities, including tools, methodologies and ways of working.
